THEFT – FOLLOW UP
The Saskatoon Police Service has asked JVC for assistance in the apprehension of the subject referred to in JVC's Bulletin 2006-039 Woodbridge, Ontario and Bulletin 2006-046 Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He is travelling across Canada and may be in the Vancouver area. Photos of the subject are on file at JVC's offices.
The subject is believed to be Moshe Tsitsuashvili. His date of birth is 3/15/67. He is approximately 5'10”, with a medium to husky build. He is in his late 30's to 40's; skin colour is slightly darker than Caucasian and has dark brown to black hair. He has a thick Russian accent.
A warrant for his arrest is held by the Edmonton Police for Theft Over. Arrest warrants are also held by the FBI in the USA .
The Scam
Subject applies for a job as a diamond setter. While performing the job interview, he pockets as much as he can and leaves for lunch/coffee, never to be seen again. He uses many aliases.
NOTE: The Saskatoon Police Service is asking that if any of our Members are contacted by the subject, that they do in fact set up an interview with him the same day or the following day. The JVC Member is asked to then contact their local police agency informing them of their suspicions about the subject and the information supplied to them in this notice. The JVC Member is cautioned not to leave the subject alone anywhere in their store/place of business.
